Hi, thank you for taking the time to stop by and check out our story. My name is Nneka, I am the founder and CEO behind Innovative Supplies Worldwide, Inc. 

I am about making a positive change in my community. A few short days after walking away from a nine year career in the US Army as a Human Resources Specialist, I established Innovative Supplies Worldwide, Inc.

My company employees high school students and aims to provide work experience and training. Innovative Supplies provides one step towards helping students learn good working skills. Some of the skills they learn are filling orders, team work, social media marketing & customer relations. 

Innovative Supplies reaches out to the millennials with a variety of school supplies that they can identify with. Each purchase helps support job training for fellow high school students. 

The goals of Innovative Supplies are:

• Provide quality school supplies that youths of various ethnic backgrounds can identify with
• Provide training and employment for high school students
• Provide traning and employment for Veterans
• Support other small businesses
• Use economically sourced materials
• Use locally sourced materials
• Use environmentally friendly packaging
